The Law of Conservation of Mass (or Matter) in a chemical reaction can be stated thus: In a chemical reaction, matter is neither created nor destroyed. It was discovered by Antoine Laurent Lavoisier (1743-94) about 1785.

An element is a substance that is made entirely from one type of atom. For example, the element hydrogen is made from atoms containing a single proton and a single electron. If you change the number of protons an atom has, you change the type of element it is. A compound is a substance formed when two or more chemical elements are chemically bonded together. Two types of chemical bonds common in compounds are covalent bonds and ionic bonds. The elements in any compound are always present in fixed ratios.

is it sometimes right to try to prevent scientific discovery or invention.

I think we should be able prevent scientific developments if it is important to because the reason maybe because we are opening or damaging the item but most times it is just the object.

Yes we should prevent scientific because if we do not prevent it like the Samsung s7 note keeps blowing and if we do not prevent it we would be buying things that blow up and can stop your electricity flowing and it is not only the phones it is also the voxhall and the segway. Another reason is because there are clearly devices and products that are well on their way to the dustbin. As an example, I definitely wouldn’t want to be a fax machine manufacturer these days for love or money. There’s probably still a residual space and market opportunity for document scanners for a little while longer although the next generation will likely be single-shot, image-capture devices rather than the painfully-slow, mechanical transport beasts we use now, but for the moment, “Send me a fax right away” is pretty much right up there with “Buy me a buggy whip while you’re at the general store” in terms of comments we rarely expect to hear any more.

While cell phones provide an efficient and easy way to communicate with friends, family, and co-workers, excessive use can take a toll on your health. Mobile phones use transmitting radio waves through a series of base stations where radio frequency waves are electromagnetic fields that cannot break chemical bonds or cause ionization in the human body so shows how a mobile pone is bad for you.

Having a mobile phone can help in emergency. You may not of had have a telephone. Types of emergencies can range from severe storms to car crash to a gun shootout. If you want a mobile phone only for emergencies, purchasing a prepaid mobile phone would be the way to go. There is no point getting the latest phone because next year you are going to release a new iPhone or Samsung Sony.

plus a good phone can communicate to the other side of the world in amount of seconds but you do need internet to send it which is really expensive to some people. bmw cars have been blowing

funding for my experience

To whom it may concern,

My name is Bilal Uddin and I am currently studying at London Nautical Studies. I am writing to you with regards to a fund raiser I am holding for my electromagnet research. I would be very grateful if you can donate and fund me for this experiment as I am an up and coming scientist interested in magnets especially electromagnets. I have successfully repeated this experiment three times.

The hypothesis that I will be doing is, the more coils there are the stronger the electromagnet will be. The less the coils you put on the weaker and the less paper clips it would hold on to. I am doing this experiment because I want to check if my hypothesis came out right or wrong. We used paperclips to check to see how many paperclips the electromagnet.

dairy of a wimpy kid (1)

Greg Heffley decides to keep a journal, not only because his mother wants him to, but also because he wants something he can give to people who ask him questions once he is rich and famous. In handwritten type and through the use of cartoon illustrations, Greg details his day-to-day life as a middle school student and gives his opinion on bullying, why girls like boys, where to sit on the first day of class, how to draw cartoons and numerous other topics, such as the cheese touch.

The cheese touch is a middle school ailment similar to cooties that comes from touching an old piece of cheese that rests beneath the basketball hoop on his school’s playground. If you touch it, you have the cheese touch until you touch someone else. Then they have it.

At home, Greg is a middle child. Greg’s older brother, Rodrick, plays practical jokes on him; Greg thinks his younger brother, Manny, is spoiled. He believes that his parents don’t understand him. They do unforgivable things, such as telling him to stop playing video games and go outside. When that happens, Greg goes to someone else’s house and plays video games.

Greg’s best friend is Rowley. They became friends because Greg felt sorry for Rowley. All the mean things that Rodrick does to Greg, Greg does to Rowley, along with a few ideas of his own. One day, Greg goes too far and lets Rowley take the blame for chasing kindergartners all the way home, instead of walking them home, as a Safety Patrol person should. As a result, Rowley stops hanging out with him. Greg does not understand why. But later, when his classmates ask how the cheese under the basketball hoop disappeared and Greg knows that a group of older bullies made Rowley eat it, he tells his classmates that he (Greg) threw the cheese away. Although his class now flees his cheese touch, he and Rowley resume hanging out together.

book review on demon dentist

The main character in this book is Alfie. On top of his homework, school and bus commute, Alfie also has to do the washing-up, clean the house, tidy up, and do all the chores in general.

His father was confined to a wheelchair many years ago, but Alfie doesn’t mind. He loves his father to pieces and would do anything for him. There is only one thing Alfie hates really really badly, even more than school, which is the dentist.

When the new dentist, Miss Root, moves to his town, Alfie and a little girl called Gabz are the only ones who seem to notice the dentist’s peculiar behaviour. What is Miss Root up to? And what will she do to poor, innocent Alfie and Gabz? Read the book to find out!

I really loved this book. David Walliams is one of my favourite authors, so when I got this book for Christmas, I was delighted! Demon Dentist is a horror/comedy book.

I loved it to pieces, and I’m sure you will too! My favourite character was Raj, the newsagent, because he always seems to have a plan (and he’s in all of David Walliams’ books!)
